Driver dishonest theif

I placed an order via Uber from KFC rifle range road and noticed after some time that it was showing a different driver than it did initially, followed up with the 2nd driver Edwin who then told me KFC advised someone had already collected my order. I called KFC and they advised that he is lieing and had only just arrived to collect, he collected my food and kept it for himself and never delivered it. Instead the app kept saying picking order up and changing drivers. I am disappointed that Uber employs dishonest ******* who just take customer order . I ended not eating because it was too late, Edwin is a **** and should be removed as a driver. This was terrible service
