Driver did not deliver the food to the correct address

Driver did not deliver the food. Driver was requested to deliver the food at a specific place which he did not arrive at which is clearly visible. He then proceeded to call but could not take the call, I then called a minute later but line did not go through. I ordered from a place which is 100 mitres away. Why did he not take the food back
