Driver did not deliver my food

Today 11 August 2024 I order 24 Wings and a burger using Uber eat worse this was my first time normally I use MrD to order estimated time on the app was 12h55 while checking my app I'm looking at my gate the next thing it say rate our service how on the app it say delivered when I check delivered where I see a KFC bucket placed on a tree branch and on the driver it say courier left food on the door went to support send them an email they say the driver was on the premises what I don't understand is if the driver did not find my house why did he say he delivered my food and they are protecting their driver how can a door be a tree I requested registration so that I can check with my security but no one is saying anything I honestly need help I cannot let my money go on a drain they must check the picture that the driver send on the app I don't mind to send all angel of my house
