Driver delivered on the wrong location

I ordered food yesterday with specific instructions and correct location which was samcor park gate 2 . While I was communicating with him he said he's at gate 1 and that he's coming to gate 2 and in the process of waiting for him he completed the delivery without me then sent me a picture of my food on the pavement.. I laid my compliment with Uber eats but then they said they can't refund cox according to them the delivery was made
