Driver delivered but didn't get my order

I am very disappointed with an Uber eats driver. I was waiting for the driver outside when he said he was outside, i texted on the app to tell him I am in Galaxy Street but he said on the app it's written Orbit St and I understood that because the street name usually confuses people, I told him can we meet to the nearest landmark which is Cricket pitch and he said he doesn't know it he only knows ZCC which is further away from the address, he then ended the chat and it said delivered after trying to call him but it was taking me to an IVR, my question is how does he end an order without the pin. And it's painful because my kids slept without whereas he delivered to a strangers house. I regret using uber rather go inside a store and order it myself. The worst service ever, the name of the driver is Sifiso and he using bike as he mentioned on the app chats, he delivers at Braamfisher taking orders from Dobsinville Mall KFC. Please assist with my refund. What messed up delivery service.
