Download the App and got charged R13.37

I downloaded the app.. it asked for my card details and says 'no debit will be processed' enter the details and within 3 seconds get a notification to say: </p> <p> </p> <p>Nedbank: R13.37 purchased * Uber BV he from acc **368</p> <p> </p> <p>what the hell guys??? I never ordered anything at all!! </p> <p>I don't care if its a 5c or a R500.. i want you to refund the damn funds!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>The app says its Free?? What bull****</p>
