Double debited

I ordered on the 7th of December mac Donald big mac and I payed with card they deducted when the driver deliver my food they also deducted so I was double debited for one order and I confirmed with my bank and also check my statement but when I tell uber eats support they are saying that they only see one deduction and also im in arrears for my Big mac. I just want my refund from uber eats
