Double Debit 02 Oct 2021!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am seeing a whole bunch of complaints relating to the 2nd October and double debits being taken off. I ordered McDonalds on this date AS WELL and was double debited R265.80! I have reached out to Uber Eats on FB AND the app. I feel I am being ignored and they have taken a second payment WITHOUT authorisation and that is a ******** offence!!! I will not be going away any time soon as this is ********* as a “business”.
