Double charged/Forced charge

The driver of uber eats demanded payment to my family even though I paid on my account. Almost R 300 to be paid twice is disgusting.

I buy regularly with Uber Eats. And this has turned me very angry.

The driver refused to give off the food till my family paid, unfortunately I was at work and they weren't aware that I paid already. Yet he demanded and basically double charged us
