DONT USE UBEREATS !

The uber app logged an error when i placed an order and told me to reorder which i did. i only noticed that it duplicated the order when it came time to delivery as the delivery was late as per usual. i could not get a hold of anyone on the app so i phoned the restuarnt who cancel the duplicate order. uber then continued with the order, despite me contacting the restaurant and when i eventually figured out how to cancel the order, the uber bot told me the restaurant had prepared the order and therefore i would be charged. i have tried to communicate the issue with uber support, but they are not interested and claim the restaurant still made the food, which i know to be a lie ! please don't use them as we have had endless trouble with food being wrong and many other issues and now the are *****ing money !!!!!! !
