Don't use Uber eats you'll lose money!!!

So I ordered food and the estimated time was shown as well as the latest arrival time, my food had not arrived and the estimated time kept on increasing, so I tried to see what my options were and I can't cancel my order or do anything about it without taking a loss, this seems incredibly unfair as I paid for the service, I am totally appalled by this and I would not recommend this app to anyone.
