Don't use Uber eats & Mochacos Bryanston

I placed an order with at Mochacos Bryanston yesterday at 6:50pm using the Uber eats app.

Estimated delivery time was 7:25pm. The order was only delivered at 8:19pm. After contacting Uber, their standard response was that their delivery time was only an estimate.

The Uber driver said that Mochacos made him wait as they had just received another order that he needed to deliver. The food arrived cold. What a horrible response from Uber who did not even try to investigate nor provide me with a proper explanation.

Will never use any of the providers again
