Don't use Uber Eat anymore

Very Bad service and Unprofessional manners from Uber Eat drivers . I ordered a full meal at McDonald's Kenilworth on Friday 19/092025 about R190, on the app it said my order will arrive 18:57, and indicated on the order they must bass 3 the gate when arriving, next thing I get a call from Uber @ 18:55 saying the delivery guy has been trying to make contact with me which was a lie or maybe he was lost from window i can see from outside and most of these guys they hoot when at the gate but there was no one or no hoot, I then went out waited at the gate. I am trying all my best sending him messages where are you I'm at the gate I can't see anyone, I give him the name of apartment opposite mine just to confirm he is at the right location

The unprofessional guy took a foto of my food and put at the pot plant and send me a message to say i left your food there and im like where??I don't know who the pot plant belongs to because I don't have pot plant where I stay, and I'm like tjooo this guy I called Uber they try to connect me to the guy and he hung up on me and when I tell them I can't find me food the guy can't just leave the food there out without me, they said he waited for me and send me a picture of where I will find my food

And the Uber driver f##**d up and Uber now refuse to pay me back my money I lost my R190 I will never use Uber or UberEat again
