Don't trust Uber Eats Fourways with anything

Uber Eats Fourways motorcycle smashed into our vehicle. We reported it at SAPS. There is a excess of R3500 to pay. My insurance called us to say that Uber eats are not insured, i can contact them to claim excess. I called Felix, Thabo's boss and he said Thabo didn't tell him anything. He only found out once my insurance called him. Felix, owner of Uber Eats Fourways, told me that it's my problem he isn't paying for it. How is that? I mean rediculous. Thabo is also not a legal resident, which makes things worse. I think it's pathetic that they can lie about it and get away with it. Thabo didn't even report the accident, then when Felix found out he lies and says it's our fault. When he on the scene also admitted to not seeing us . Please can someone sort this out. Because who wants to deal with a business that people lie.
