Don't order from Uber Eats

I ordered food on 16 December 2022 from McDonald's on the Uber Eats app. Payment went off from my account immediately and order went through. I waited for almost an hour before finally it was on its way. A few minutes later the order is cancelled for whatever reason I don't know and now I can't get hold of them. They don't get back if you send them messages either. It's happened before and this is the third time now. Previously I ordered and it was also cancelled and then you have to wait 10 business days for a refund for your money for something that wasn't your fault to begin with. Uber Eats customer service is the worst. My advice to anyone is don't order through them.
