Don’t bother using UberEats they are are absolutely terrible!!

I placed an order via UberEats at lunch time 12:25 for a scheduled delivery for this evening between 18:15 and 18:45. They took payment and then at 18:30 they reverse the payment and at 18:45 when the food is due they say sorry KFC didnt accept your order so you want to try another place? Everything else is closed for orders at this last minute stage and now we are left high and dry. Instead of having a night off of cooking through this whole corona lockdown we go without because they couldnt have let us know earlier that they could not fulfil the order! I am beyond angry. What is the point of offering the service if you cannot fulfil it, not even just to give some timely communication so we can make an alternative plan!!!
