Don't bother using UberEats if you want to keep your money.

My order wasn't delivered and the delivery person's phone just keeps on ringing. Called the McDonald's Zambezi and they told me that although they prepare the food, they don't deal with Uber drivers. They didn't even know who the driver responsible for the delivery was, just read out the full name. This is the 2nd time my order hasn't been delivered and it's happened in 2 cities now, so it can't be a coincidence. Clearly this is something Uber is aware of. It also took them a month to refund me. Didn't even refund me to my bank account, just to my Uber wallet. Said the money would reflect in my bank account in 5-10 days, I waited a whole month. This is clearly ***** and it doesn't seem like they care enough to deal with it. So, guys, order from UberEats at your own peril.
