Do not use UberEats - you will pay for somebody else's meal

Ordered food, driver did not come to my address. Uber eats says I won't get a refund. I waited outside as instructed by driver 15min but no show. They ate the food I paid for and I just paid for somebody's meal with my hard earned money and they just not gonna bother with me. Anybody wanting to order food ,rather use MrD or other options.
