Do not use Ubereats! Terrible service

If I could give Ubereats a ZERO, I would. On the 1st March 2026, I placed an order with Ubereats at 11:11AM. I sent the delivery guy the code to enter the complex TWICE. The instructions were very clear on how to enter the complex and where to deliver the order. We waited almost two hours, watching the delivery guy go to random locations. At 12:58 the delivery guy marks the order as delivered, however we did not receive any order. No one entered the complex to attempt to deliver. We called the delivery guy, he confirmed he received the code to enter. Thereafter, a vague picture was sent as “proof of delivery “. We went driving around, asking security if anyone left an order for us, nothing. Tried calling the driver, no answer. Needless to say the delivery guy had a free lunch and Ubereats refused to assist with a refund stating that the delivery guy followed protocol. I guess they support their delivery guys robbing their customers. I will never use Ubereats again, I’ve been a loyal customer for years, this is not even the first time this has happened. Lesson learnt.
