Do not use UberEats - bunch of *****s.

My order was not delivered even though the driver marked it as delivered. The support team said I cannot get a refund as I have received a refund before (10 months ago). They focused so much on the refund which was not the point. They simply needed to contact the driver and find out what happened with my order. Once an order is marked as delivered by the driver you can no longer communicate with them. I will NEVER EVER use UberEats and I would not recommend anyone else to use it either. Mr D is much more reliable.
