Do not use UberEats

Do not use UberEats. My brother died and my mother hasn't eaten in days. I ordered her favourite food, to get her her to eat something. It was raining, the delivery man went to the wrong address, I told him how to get to me, he eventually arrived and the pizza was so soaked in water that I couldn't get the pizza out of the bag. Now UberEats refuses to give me a refund.
