Do not use Uber Eats. I repeat, DO NOT USE UBER EATS!!!!

If I could give this business a zero I would. So disappointed after years of using this App.

Dear uber eats, My order #BD069 from yesterday never arrived. The delivery guy left a picture and a note saying he left my order at a place i'm not even fami**** with. There's a note on my delivery address that states clearly what the driver must do when they get to the building. This is what many delivery guys have used when they deliver our food in the office. I have sent numerous messages on the app with no response. I please need assistance for this to be investigated and my money to be refunded as i did not get the food. This was a meal for my team and it is sad and embarrassing that this happened. This order was worth R597.10.
