DO NOT USE UBER!!!
I ordered food through UberEats this evening. Paid for the order which never arrived. The app actually stated that the order is complete. We ended up eating left overs and bread. I will most definately, strongly advise against the use of UberEats. The fact that you cannot talk to anyone in realtime sucks. I submitted a querry through the app with one message from uber and three from my side before it fell appart with no further communication. DO NOT USE UBER unless you want to be dissappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

13 May 2021, 17:15I have lodged two complaints on the app last night about my order through UberEats tha was not delivered, even if the app showed that the delivery was completed. I have subsequently sent an email on which there were also not rep**** to. I have promised in the email that I will give UberEats bad press every day for one year, hense this message today. Clear, we cannot trust UberEats to deal with the delivery of orders reliably. You can also forget to get anyone interrested once things go wrong an you cannot contact anyone by phone. What they seem to do well however is to take your money. I suggest you stay away from UberEats as far as possible.
