Uber eats is partnered with Uncle Sam Pizza 74 Justin Street Brooklyn. I ordered R200 worth of pizza and it never arrived. the scary thing is that you can't get a Uber support consultant to give you a call if their automated services did not help you correct their fault. so its kind of *****ing in my eyes, they took R200 from my bank account, did not make sure the restaurant made my pizza and got it delivered to my address. and now they saying this store Uncle Sam's restaurant is net eligable for refunds and "sorry for the inconvienience - how is getting your money ****** something that you must accept and understand.
