Distasteful Service

Uber Eats is such an absolute disgrace!!I ordered food on Uber Eats but my food never arrived. According to the app, my food was marked as delivered; however, I did not receive it. I specifically instructed that the food must be delivered to my door as I live in a complex. So in order for the driver to access my building, they need to use a code that I sent, which was not used on this occasion. I also have proof of this , even though the driver claimed delivery was completed. I tried contacting the driver multiple times without any luck. On the day of the incident I also went through the Help Support on the app but I was still not assisted.

I also reached out to them on Instagram but they are still persistent that the food was delivered when it was not! Just shows you how they are not willing to entertain my grievances.
