Dissatisfied and dishonest services

Unfortunately I had to at least give one star to write a review. I ordered a mug from Starbucks and they didn't have any stock so I had to get a refund for it. My refund of R214 couldn't be given because I apparently had to let them know within 48 hours but it says on the app that refunds can take up to 10 days. Highly disappointed and left feeling ****med.
