Dissatisfied

I am so dissatisfied with the service I received from Uber eat & Chicken Licken Braam fisher. Yerstaday I placed an order on Uber eats for a lunch meal which costed me R100. I then proceeded to make payment electronically. The Uber guy came to my work place & claimed that he didn’t receive the delivery from the store because my order did not appear on their system. He asked me to mark the delivery as complete and he will take my number and keep communicating with me untill this is sorted out. I refused and proceeded to call the store and ask for help from Uber help. The delivery guy marked the delivery as complete. I fought with him because the money already left my Acc and the store said they will call me back. When the store called me back they told me it’s technical error and my order reappeared I had to walk up to the store to take my delivery, but Uber had already taken my money. And charged me a delivery fee
