Dissappointed at Uber eats

I ordered food lastnight at burger King in N1 City to which I was dissappointed at the fact that one of my meals did not come through I ordered the mixed family meal as well as the double spicy burger meal Paid for it however I did not receive the double spicy burger meal Also I put in my girlfriends card details, but the payment went off on my account... This was fine until later on another R100 was debited from her account which should not have gone off at all Please sort this out asap
