Dissapointed in UBER EATS

Very Disappointed in Uber eats, I ordered from from the Chicken Licken Germiston, on Friday the 9th June, My Food never came, Money was not refunded, and Driver blocked my number, I tried countless times on Friday afternoon, Called the Driver and restaurant and could not get any proper help. I logged a fault this morning, Just to get the response that I will not be getting a refund, I want my money back, This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received, I will never order from Uber Eats again, and will be reporting this on every social platform I possibly can.
