Dissapointed and hungry customer

I am dissapointed in Uber eats. My delivery was supposed to be delivered 13:08. (20 July). The delivery guy phoned to ask the block number after which he put the phone down in my ear. The order was never delivered and only at 15.04 did I receive an email from Uber eats to indicate that the order is going to be refunded. No explanation, no apologies nothing. I bought food for poeple in the office, and I had nothing to give them for two hours, only to find out there will be no delivery.

I expect much better service from Uber Eats
