Disrespectful support from uber eats

Uber eats support has the most disrespectful people. Made an order around 19h13 then around 19h57 I get a WhatsApp message from a guy called Kelvin from uber eats support ***) saying there’s an issue with the delivery system he will send a link to track. When I try linking link isn’t working…when I try call him back he deliberately hangs up my calls. It’s now 20h44 and still haven’t received my order
