I put an order for R185.90, the meal wasn't delivered and about 2 hours later, the agent I was speaking to cancelled the order and promised a full refund After more than 48 hours without said refund, I contacted Uber Eats again and this time, they told me that I didn't contact them within 48 hours

After proving to them that I did contact them, they resorted to giving me R46 credit on my account which falls woeful short of their own promise
