Dishonest Uber drivers

On the 18th February i ordered food from tasty point via the uber eats app to the value of R382. It showed that my food was delivered which it never was when i called tasy point my food was collected by the driver amd i was informed by the owner im not the first customer to complain about this many drivers collect food and resell it for half the price. Iv lodged a complaint via the app but to no avail. This is totally unacceptable and dishonest disgusting to say the least.
