Dishonest staff!

You know what's funny is that I keep ordering from them. Anyway, I placed an order today and selected cash as the payment option. The delivery guy logged my thing as not paid. Now uber eats is telling me to pay the funds. How do you hire dishonest people. I Infact gave the man more than the amount due.
