Dishonest business and bad service

Same issue as many here - pay for Priority Delivery but the driver still makes multiple stops plus wait for other orders to be completed. Waited almost an hour for a pizza from less than 3km away which arrived cold. Support refuses to even acknowledge their errors and not willing to refund priority charge. This is not the first time either,
