Disgusting Ubereats driver

We ordered 4 extra long chilli cheese medium meals from Burger King grand west using the Uber eats app. When the driver arrived he proceeds to give us 2 whopper meals. He told us to give the meals back and he will go back to the restaurant proclaiming they gave the wrong order and will return with our correct order. After time passed, my husband proceeds to get into the car to go to another restaurant to buy something for supper. On his way he finds the very same delivery guy and cuts him off. He proceeds to profusely apologize proclaiming he didn’t ***** the food and he was sorry. The driver opens his delivery bin only to find our order in the bin. It was open. My husband took it and returned home with the open bag. We found one burger half eaten and some of the chips eaten.

I complained on the app but that app is useless and no response has yet to be received. Soule who is apparently a “top rated” delivery person finds it fine to ***** people’s food and hard earned money and eat it

What’s going on uber eats? Is this how your personnel treat uber one members?
