Disgusting UberEats

I ordered a waffle. A WAFFLE. It had been made and was waiting to be picked up by an UBER driver and they couldn't find a driver for about 40 minutes. I tried the help link in the App and Omer was absolutely useless. He didnt want to help and really didnt do anything. He couldn't get hold of the restaurant or the driver and his only excuse was to cancel my order. After almost 2 hours the app notified me that the driver had picked up my order so I waited and waited and waited and when I messaged him he told me he was waiting for my food which according to the app had been made an hour previously. Omer couldn't help . Omer just wanted to cancel my order. As a delivery company, maybe that should be your priority. Your help chat is absolutely useless. All the people do are repeat the same useless sentences they think are going to placate us but do absolutely nothing, make excuses and jump to cancel an order instead of trying to fix the order. Pathetic
