Disgusting uber service

I would give zero stars if I could...worst experience ever this time. I usually used it with no problem n the drivers normally get lost so I would give them directions to get here. This time around i made a order because i was too sick to cook or drive, this driver refused to take my directions, took a picture that he delivered my food. I was never assisted even with their help service, I was told I'm not going to be refunded
