Disgusting Uber eats service

The Uber service is disgustingly bad. The driver couldn't find my location. Rang my phone for a second and left with the food and they refuse to give me a refund. I asked for proof of delivery they couldn't. I even tried to ring the driver seconds after he called and the line went on to voice mail. I lost R355 just like that
