Disgusting Services

I had the most disgusting services from ubereats. I ordered food from chicken licken Mamelodi East and it shows the driver picked up, I unfortunately wrote a wrong address the driver called me and i gave him the correct address he said he'll bring my food it's over three hours waiting for my food. I tried contacting the driver to ask if he can find the address he blocked me. I payed for the food i didn't receive. I'm utterly disgusted and frustrated. Ubereats this is very unprofessional from your driver by the name of Aaron Ian.
