Disgusting Service with delivery

Ordered food, driver said he arrived but was not at my place. Called him to tell him I can see he is in the next road and then he tells me I have the wrong address and then he decides to dmjust driver further and further away. After canceling my order, Uber Eats still want to charge me the full amount. I had to gonout and get other food. Thisbis the second time in a row that my order does not get delivered. I'm so done with Uber Eats.
