Disgusting Service, Very Disappointed

Very disgusted with this company

It was literally my first time using their app and they couldn't even wait to disappoint, I only order because I had uber cash of R65 my total amount of the order was R133, I schedule delivery time of 17h00 till 17h30, apparently the driver came to deliver the item at 17h07 and stayed for 9 mins they saying the driver tried to call me but I provided them with screenshot that there is no missed call from the driver, and the delivery picture they provided does not show any background of where the parcel was delivered, that picture could have been taken anywhere, they still had the nerve to backup their driver and said they won't refund me, I WANT MY MONEY BACK
