Disgusting service Uber eats

We did not receive our order and were charged for it last night. Wrong order arrived. We did not accept it. Driver left and 20 min later came back with our order that was incomplete. Coleslaw was missing, chips were cold and the packet of chicken had been opened. Discussed that driver would return to Nandos Corlett Drive to rectify order. That was the last we saw of him. No food amd amount charged to credit card. Absolutely unacceptable. Impossible to get hold of a human at Ubereats.
