Disgusting Service from UberEats support

The delivery driver arrived, never rang the intercom. Stayed on his bike for nearly 7 minutes before trying to call ONCE. They took a photo and left...he knows the system and used it to his own advantage. The response from Uber support is pathetic!! We have video footage of what happened, yet they refuse to look at this matter properly.
