Disgusting service from UberEats

I ordered a meal from Macdonalds via ubereats. I accidentally typed in the wrong delivery address and after notifying the courier and him telling me he would sort out the issue and get back to us. That did not happen. On top of that, my money was taken before the actual delivery and now the app is saying that the meal is delivered. This is disgusting service and I will not be ordering from them again. I've been trying to contact uber eats for 2 hours now and they still have not reached out to me or refunded me.
