Disgusting service from Uber eats

Absolutely disgusting service!! Order never arrives despite saying it has. No response on the app and no way to contact the company. Hungry kids, and now having to get dressed out of pijamas to go out and get food. Disgusting service. Disgusting customer experience. R500 down the drain.
