Disgusting Service from Uber Eats

I ordered 2 large pizzas from Panarottis Claremont. I am resorting to Hello Peter because Uber Eats has no contact email or number! How shocking for a huge company. The app is not user friendly and needs some serious upgrading. The long and short is my pizza came to my house delivered worse than dog food, even doh eat better. It was pizza soup. How on earth do you lay a pizza standing upright???

Needless to say Panarottis Claremont is blaming Uber Eats of course and the driver and said I should contact Uber Eats as they can do nothing for me. In a partnership all parties should take accountability.

No contact, no resolution, no refund. Absolutely disgusting!
