Disgusting service ever

I ordered food from the MacDonald's in Clear water mall Roodepoort on the 26th May 2023. I am extremely dissatisfied with the amount of delivery time it took for the food to get here, because the restaurant is + - 1 kilometre away from where the food was to be delivered, which in turn the food was cold and all my fries were spilled inside the packaging the garnish spilled out of the wrap, yet I paid the full amount , for food I could I couldn't even eat. Disgusting Service honestly.
