Disgusting service by UberEats: Safety Alert women please do not use this app_risky!
On Thur I ordered and my biggest mistake was to pay via my card. The driver came after a long wait the App kept updating and updating the arrival time. We immediately went down, and went around the building. While we were going around the building, he was standing in the opposite building and he shouted 'are you looking for me', I confirmed his name he left the scooter approached to show us he had typed messages. I asked him to bring the food as there was no use arguing seeing that he had found us because we also suffered looking for him. He had 2 other foreign allies (male and female) who were cheering him as he was verbally abusing us. He went back to the scooter and drove off without delivering the food

20 Apr 2025, 10:27You will not believe I am on a back and forth about my refund and them refusing to give contact details of someone who is a respondent for the company, address, email address and name of that person for the matter to be escalated to consumer protector. That would actually be a fair thing if they are interested in fair trading. We could have been bitten up or ****d by that clearly hungry and angry ******** that they have partnered with but there is zero accountability from their end.
