Disgusting service by Uber Eats - Order was refused and its whereabouts not disclosed by uber eats

I made an order to Burger and wrap shack like I always do. They advertised a buy one and get one free deal but only sent me a single item. I always order the same way and have ordered many times.

When the order arrived, it was not the order I placed. I refused to accept the order and the driver left with the order.

Uber eats refuses to tell me where the order is, whether it was returned to the store or taken by the driver. Uber refuses to refund my money, and I do not have the order as the deliver thereof was refused. I want my funds to be refunded as I did not take the order and am charged for it.
